Precision CNC cutting, smaller joinery commissions and practical prototype manufacture from our Kent workshop. For joiners, cabinetmakers, designers, architects, contractors and private clients.
Bring us suitable drawings, a sketch or an idea. From an individual component to a small production run, we can help develop a practical way to make it.
You do not need to commission a complete interior to work with Kustom Made. A replacement component, a shaped panel or a prototype deserves the same practical attention to fit, finish and how it will be used.
CNC routing for cabinet parts, shelves, shaped panels, decorative features and components for assembly. Other suitable sheet materials can be reviewed for each enquiry, with the intended use and finish in mind.
One-off components and small production runs
Individual parts, replacement joinery components and small batches. Tell us the quantity, intended use and what each part needs to fit or work with.
From your drawings—or from an idea
We can work from suitable customer drawings or help develop a sketch into a manufacturable component. Dimensions, materials, joints and assembly are reviewed before manufacture, with the scope agreed first.
Smaller bespoke joinery commissions
Bespoke shelving, cabinets, panels and replacement components, alongside smaller commercial joinery alterations and installations. Each commission is considered on its own requirements.
Prototypes and 3D-printed components
Physical prototypes can help test fit, shape and assembly before committing to a finished piece. CNC machining and 3D printing are available for suitable models and specialist components, with the process and material chosen around the intended use.
A workshop partner for trade and private clients
Commission parts for your own assembly or discuss a wider scope. We work across Kent, South East London and the South East, with collection, delivery or installation agreed for each project.
Practical design development
Precision with a purpose.
From shaped joinery to decorative panels, the manufacturing method needs to suit both the design and the finished piece. We can help resolve the detail before it reaches the machine.
A drawing, sketch, photograph or short description.
Approximate dimensions and quantity.
Material and thickness, if known.
Intended use and any critical fit or assembly requirements.
Your location and preferred timescale.
You do not need a finished drawing to start the conversation. We will review the information and confirm materials, drawing requirements and timing before agreeing the work.
