A 2.8-metre illuminated champagne feature with glass shelving and architectural detailing—engineered, fabricated and installed as one coherent interior.

A made-to-measure bedroom collection combining an architectural bed, concealed technology and a television lift cabinet in deeply finished oak.

Knowing how

Nearly four decades in high-end interiors means understanding far more than the component on the bench. Jon Dawson’s experience includes project leadership, coordination and quality control in live luxury hotels, bringing designers, specialist trades, lighting, services and finishes together around one standard.
For hospitality joinery and commercial joinery projects in London, Kustom Made provides the practical bridge between design intent and manufacture—developing unusual details into buildable, serviceable installations and coordinating specialist materials, lighting and technology where required.
The Balmoral Hotel spa refurbishment in Edinburgh is part of that wider experience: a complex five-star environment involving curved architecture, specialist finishes and carefully sequenced trades. It was delivered in Jon’s project-management role with DI Construction Ltd, not as a Kustom Made joinery commission—but the judgement gained there informs every Kustom Made project today.
