Return and Refund Policy

At Kustom Made Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Terms of Return

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

State of Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Reason for Return

You can return items if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you simply change your mind. However, for returns due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Process for Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Jon@kustommade.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Process of Refund

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
