Who we are

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, telephone number, project location, budget, timescale, project description and any drawings, photographs or documents you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information to assess and respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, communicate about potential or active commissions, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Project files

Uploaded files are used only for assessing or delivering your project. Access is limited to Kustom Made and specialist collaborators where reasonably necessary and appropriate. Retention periods will reflect the enquiry, contractual and legal requirements.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Allow analytics”. If permitted, it may collect device, browser, approximate location and interaction information so we can understand website use and improve the visitor experience. It does not give Kustom Made your name or uploaded project documents. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed below at any time.

You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain processing by contacting Jon@kustommade.co.uk.
